This policy describes how Biskup Solutions LLC handles information in connection with ProBook rclone, a private internal tool.

What the tool is

ProBook rclone is a private internal tool used only by the owner of Biskup Solutions LLC to back up the owner's own server to the owner's own Google Drive. It is not offered to the public or to any other users.

Google permissions requested

The tool requests only the Google Drive drive.file permission. This limits its access to files that the tool itself creates. It cannot see or access any other files in Google Drive.

Information collected

The tool collects no data from anyone else. Biskup Solutions LLC does not sell or share data, and the tool uses no advertising and no analytics.

Storage and security

Backup data is encrypted before it is uploaded and is stored only in the owner's own Google Drive.

Revoking access

Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google API Services User Data Policy

ProBook rclone's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
